You better believe it! I'm at it again. Let's all save the world together by bringing clean drinking water to those in need. This year you guys and gals are going to help me cross the $10,000 mark. Between my 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th birthdays, we have been able to bring clean drinking water to over 500 people!

1 in 6 people across the world do not have access to clean drinking water. What Charity:Water does differently is 2 things. 1st, every dollar donated goes directly to the cause. They have angel founders who fund the office expenses and the day to day operations allowing your dollar to solve the most important issues. 2nd, rather than just building water projects in developing areas and just leaving, they educate the people of the villages on how to run their water projects. Charity:Water received a huge grant from Google a few years ago to place sensors in each water project to ensure water is running when needed so they can check it from their home offices in New York.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
