For my birthday, my wish is to help 100 people to drink clean water...and I'd love for you to be a part of it!

My birthday... It's snuck up on me yet again! This one is #31. (Sheesh.)

As many of you know, I've become very passionate about making the world a better place to live by trying to tackle a fundamental problem for 800 million people around the world: Access to clean, safe drinking water.

It seems like such a simple thing...but that's because we've been spoiled with clean water our whole lives! The reality is that 4,500 children die every single day from a water-related illness...and I want very much to see that end.

Clean water also enables significant progress in so many other key areas: poverty, education, health, family life, and business growth. It is because it is a root cause to these other problems that it is so important to solve.

And you can help.

This year, instead of taking me out to eat, buying me a coffee or a beer, or throwing me a party, what would make me truly happy would be for you to wish me a Happy Birthday by taking the dollars that you would have spent on ME and give them instead to those in need of a glass of clean water.

I want to see the water crisis end in my lifetime, and I know we can do it...and I want you to join me!
