We adopted Tariku from Ethiopia 5 years ago and he turns 10 years old this September. He donates his birthday every other year to raise money for Charity Water (he's raised over $24,000!!). This year is actually his "off" year, but we (his mom an dad) wanted to do something to honor this amazing little boy who has changed our lives from Day 1 and helped bring clean water to hundreds of people who wouldn't otherwise have it.

Tariku used to be one of the 663 million people on the planet who don't have access to clean water. Now he's a voice for those 663 million. I wish all of you could know this strong, compassionate boy I have the great honor of calling my son. He knows that change begins when everyone just does SOMETHING.
