Me and Harry had a chat late one night at work about adventure, what it meant to us and how we could challenge ourselves through travel...who wouldn't want to drive a semi-reliable three-wheeled tin can the length of India!

The Three Musketeers, Harry, Ron and Hermione. The best teams come in threes, right? We needed a third compadre for not only rickshaw weight distribution, but someone with brains to fix the oh so powerful 145.45cc engine. Sam suggested John. John is an engineer for Aston Martin. If you can fix a V12 a 145.45cc should be a walk in the park. To throw a spanner in the works (mind the pun) Sam is out enjoying the Canadian ski and Harry and John have never met. Let the adventure begin!

Stumbling across charity: water whilst at university Harry was hooked. The storytelling, the imagery and the transparency. In fact, it was so fascinating Harry is the author to possibly the first dissertation on charity: water! His skills include talking himself out of sticky situations, once drove a motorbike through Vietnam (similar right?) and absolutely no knowledge of how an engine works!

Sam has always enjoyed visiting new places and having new experiences. He started travelling solo to South Africa on a volunteer trip to join a Conservation Project to reintroduce the big five back (Lions, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino). Sam has now temporarily moved to the West Coast of Canada to pursue his passion for skiing.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
