Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!
But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
With that said I want to enlist your help for a little fun!
I can check off the list getting my FIRST cast ever! (Thankful to be on the real road to recovery now) Growing up the only thing that looked fun about having to get a cast was getting all your friends to sign it! Well I want to play along with this tradition & have all of you sign my cast... But there's a bit of twist...
I am starting a campaign to raise awareness & money to bring clean, safe water to developing nations, a cause that has been very dear to my heart for some time now.
Just $30 can give a person access to clean, safe water. Access to clean water can change everything... It can bring an entire community out of poverty, keep girls in school and prevent deadly diseases to name a few.
So the twist is you have to make a nominal donation to Charity: water to "sign my cast"!
Donate $15 - I will sign your name on my cast, post a picture of it on my social media and tag you.
Donate $30 - gives 1 person access to clean, safe water - I will sign your name and write a 1 line positive message or favorite uplifting quote to encourage my healing & brighten the world around us. I will post a picture and tag you on my social media.
Donate $3000 or more - you can sign my cast personally and have a picture taken to be posted on social media.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Honored and humbled by everyone's generosity that I want to match the donations made to support charity: water & my healing journey! I'm so happy & grateful to report that I started taking my first steps alone this week! Thank you all so so much! Many blessings to you!
