What would you do for clean water? For the 703 million people living without it, the answer is anything. And they do: they walk miles every day, in treacherous conditions and extreme heat, just to access water that makes them sick — or worse.

That’s why I’m doing this fundraiser. charity: water challenged me to do something to help those who would do anything for water that’s safe to drink.

Please support my fundraiser. Every £30 I raise will provide a lifetime of clean water to one person. Most importantly, 100% of every pound you donate will go directly to providing the life-changing gift of clean water where it’s needed most. charity: water will even report back with details of where your money went, and how it’s helping.

As most of you know, I was homeless for a long period of my life, and I really know what it's like to not have access to a toilet or a shower or a kettle.
But that's nothing compared to what these families live with every day.

We can't imagine what it would be like.

I hope that together we can raise enough for at least 250 families to have clean water by the end of the summer holidays.

My ability to walk radically decreased when I got ill a couple of years ago, so this is why I've chosen to do a Walk- it's challenging for me, and in line with my personal goal to get mobile again.
And the kids can join me!
I would really love as many families as possible to come and join in, make it a proper Community Event!
