Every day, 1,400 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. Let's help change that!
I am a mother of 3 and I can't live with that statistic. For me that number needs to be as close to zero as we can get it! I am the founder of totesforwater and I'm on a mission to bring clean water to those in need. The bags that I turn into totes have already had a big journey - they travel from Africa, South and Central America full of coffee beans, then I up cycle the bags into functional totes with all profits going to charity:water. Charity:water then takes the money and works with local people to drill wells in under-developed countries. With access to clean water, water-related illnesses decrease, little girls are saved hours of walking to collect water allowing more time in school and mothers have a better chance of improving the lives of their families.
