I'm shaving off my much beloved beard, and growing a new one - untamed, for a year. Let's make some water happen!
I love having a beard. It's become a personal trait, and something I've had for nearly my entire adult life. But to kick off 2015, I'm starting from zero and growing a new one - untamed, for one year.
A "yeard" requires a certain level of commitment, and I'd like it to stand for something.
charity: water is an awesome organization that I've had the opportunity to work with before. They are the leaders in bringing charity-driven clean water solutions to people all around the world.
I'll be posting an update each day for the next 365 days while the fundraiser - and the beard - is in progress.
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects.
Any time is a great time for charity, so here's another fun excuse. Any and all contributions are welcomed and appreciated!
Happy New Year - I hope this finds you all happy and well.
Beard On!
