Why The Smile is fundraising for clean water

One in ten people in the world live without clean water. That's twice the population of the United States. Most communities struggle to get through each day with limited access to water. But with access to clean water, communities begin to transform. Families get hours back each day. That means more time for school, for work, and for simply being together. That's why we at North Los Angeles Region want to create healthier, happier, and more beautiful futures by giving access to clean, safe water.
