2012 has been a great year for us. We've made many new friends; existing friendships have been cultivated further; TGD has continued to grow; New York is feeling more like home than ever; and we feel extremely blessed to be part of the creative community in this city and part of the team at Crush + Lovely.

It's also been a great year for Crush. The team has gelled; we're expanding into video and products; and this is only the start. This year has not been without challenges—a hurricane, the loss of loved ones, and a few scares—but all in all, it's been an amazing twelve months for all of us. We're fortunate in so many ways—tangible and intangible.

So, with personal sentiment aside, I'd like to challenge us to give back during this holiday season. Charity: Water is doing incredible things and is one of the most openly accountable non-profits I've ever encountered. I'll be setting aside a little cash on a weekly basis to contribute to them and I'd like to ask you to consider pitching in, too. If you can't, or if you already donate to another cause, no pressure. But if you'd like to make a difference for someone this holiday season, consider giving the gift of clean water—every little bit helps.
