Ever since my high school participated in a Water for Schools project a few years ago, the global water crisis has been one that I am very passionate about.

I've never really done anything like this before, but on November 12th, I am going to participate in the Chicago Perfect 10 Race.

I'll be running a 10K race as part of charity: water's September Campaign. Any money that I raise will go towards the purchase of a drilling rig. This would allow charity: water partners in northern Ethiopia to drill 80 more wells per year, moving exponentially faster towards their goal of 100% water coverage for the Tigray region.

My goal is to raise $1000 for water projects. The best part: 100% of all donations go directly to fund the drilling rig. You can pledge per kilometer, you can give a lump sum when I complete my run or you can just donate whatever and whenever you want in the next month. Please just give what you can!
