Ever been "dying of thirst?" Well, every day 800 million people really are without clean drinking water. Let's help

If you could change the world, would you? If it was easy, would you then? I believe we can and I believe it is easy! But I need your help!

This Thanksgiving we will give thanks for too many things to count because we are so blessed but I doubt clean drinking water will make the list. For 800 million people in the world, that would make the top of their list because they do not have access to clean drinking water. Every 19 seconds a child dies in his or her mother's arms due to lack of clean water! When I heard this I wanted to help... and it is so easy!

The day after Thanksgiving when we are usually devouring the yummy leftovers from our bountiful Thanksgiving feasts I am going to fast for 12 hours with no food and drink to raise donations for the water crisis. At the top of every hour I am going to spend time praying for the 800 million people who need our help and for the generosity of all those that would join me in the effort to change the world!

100% of every dollar raised will go toward building water projects in developing countries. And when the projects are finished (about 21 months), charity: water will show us just which communities were impacted with GPS coordinates, photos and other details.
