Our little one Yuv is so excited and looking forward for his 3rd Birthday!!!
With little help from his big brother, he is beginning to understand a bit about sharing and caring. And he is ready to do 'Big Boy' stuff and willing to donate his birthday so other kids can get clean water.
Clean drinking water is a basic human need and around 800 million people on the planet don't have access to it and thousands of children can't attend school because they spend their days walking miles for water. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation.
Instead of giving Yuv gifts and toys, we are asking you to please donate so we can fund water projects in developing countries.
100% of every dollar we raise goes toward project costs. And when the projects are finished (about 18 months), charity: water will show us the exact communities they helped.
Check out our previous campaign ( https://my.charitywater.org/revathy-and-rimmal/quest-for-clean-water ) where your can see how we all helped provide clean water to communities in need.
Together we can give the gift of clean water and help the kids spend more time in school !
Good cause!!
