As a filmmaker and a human being It has been an undeniable pleasure working with charity: water and helping share their story with the world. On April 9th 2011 I will be marrying my best friend, and am truly blessed to begin a new life with her.
We want to celebrate this new life together with the gift of clean and safe drinking water for those who don't have it. She and I have had the privilege to travel together to Ethiopia and we certainly grew from our experience. We saw, in person, the impact that providing clean water can have on people and families, and the tragedy it brings when there is none.
All it takes is $5,000 to build an entire well. I've seen first hand how that one well can impact so many people. Watching people drink clean water for the first time is something that stays with you forever. Sarah and I truly believe that change can be made and conditions can improve in these impoverished places and it certainly starts with water.
Join us in celebrating our marriage together by giving the gift of clean drinking water and bringing a solution to this injustice.
Charity: Water guarantees that every single cent of every dollar goes directly to the materials and construction of water projects. (i've seen this in person)
We are very lucky to have such incredible friends and family and are most thankful for whatever you can give.
Love,
Paul and Sarah
Love you both.
