Sometimes it's about the simple things... food and water. We have abundance and can truly make a difference. This holiday season join me in making a difference for those who don't have access to clean water. This impacts children and women the worst. Hi Friends,

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that this holiday season I am fundraising for charity: water. It is a great organization that uses 100% of the funds donated by individuals to bring water to communities that don't have access to clean water. Their methods are fairly sustainable and effective (building water wells, training the community members to take care of it, etc.) and they are great at keeping transparency of where the funds go.

I know everyone has their own unique financial situation with fundraising and donation goals, so anything you can give, from $1 to infinity, would be appreciated just as much! On average $20 gives access to water to one person for 20 years, so just giving up your next few Starbucks lattes would make a huge impact. You can learn more about "why water?" and the impact access to clean water has beyond health (particularly for women and children) by watching the video linked to below.
