Water changes everything.

I turn 25 on November 14, but who has time for a quarter-life crisis when the world water crisis is still happening?! This year, I would absolutely love to celebrate my 25th by raising $500 for clean water sources in Ethiopia.

Clean water changes everything: health, economy, and education. On top of that, with the recent global health concerns, finding ways to prevent the spread of disease has become a priority. Providing access to clean water and sanitation along with education is just one of those basic steps in prevention.

800 million people around the world lack access to clean water. That's 800 million people too many. So many people, especially children, are dying due to unsafe water and unhygienic living conditions. And many of those who might have access to a water source often have to walk miles to even reach it. Let's do something about this!
