I turn 25 on the 25th of this month, it's a special birthday... I'm also a quarter of a century. For the past three years, I've been raising money for charity:water. They are such an incredible charity and my favourite to support. 100% of all proceeds raised in this campaign go DIRECTLY to the project. None is spent to keep the charity afloat. This year is a little different. It's been such a tough year for so many (Imagine how those less fortunate than us are doing!). I know not everyone is in a good place financially, so if you cannot afford to support with monetary donations, please spread the word! :) I've been privileged this year to have the time to pick up some new hobbies. My newest is embroidery! So this year I would love to enter everyone who donates into a draw to win one of two embroidery pieces... they are not perfect but they are made with love. <3
Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!
But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
Please donate to my campaign -- anything you can give is a huge help.
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Hello Everyone!
I am back at it again this year with my 5th annual campaign!
If you are able to contribute again you can find this year's campaign here: https://www.charitywater.org/natalie-thompson25
If you are unable to contribute, I totally understand! Feel free to share the link as I've recently deleted my Facebook and the one thing it was good for was to promote this!!
Thank you in advance for all your love and generosity!
Love,
Natalie
Happy Birthday Natalie! So proud of you today for getting involved and supporting this great cause. May your efforts be blessed, as you are to be a blessing to others !
Happy birthday beautiful!!! Keep inspiring!! Xo
Hello! I can't express my thankfulness to you enough! You raised 600$ to bring clean water to the people who need it most. In this North American land of plenty, its easy to take for granted the small things... I often think of the fact that the water in our toilets is cleaner than the water that 663 million people around the world are drinking. It's humbling to see all the amazing people who donated to this campaign...and I thank you all for doing it in honour of my birthday. 💕
