My birthday is almost here. This year instead of cards or gifts to me I'm hoping my friends will give to my charity. Being a fan of Nathan Fillion I was made aware of this great cause and wanted to be a part of it. Now I'm running my own campaign.

I'm asking for my age, birthmonth or birthday in dollars from everyone I know. So either 5, 15, or 44 dollars. Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
