Many of us have no idea what it's like to live without a dependable source of clean water for drinking and bathing in, but we have plenty of it. Even our toilets are refilled with clean water after every flush!
But millions of people in developing countries around the world don’t have that luxury. Every single day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsanitary water. There are simple solutions for this including drilling wells, spring protections, and BioSand filters which help provide clean water to these communities.
Rhiannon and I started this fundraising campaign in honor of Sabrina Carpenter's 18th birthday in order to help Charity: Water kickstart these projects around the world, and we're looking for anyone who can help us do so.
Please give anything you can, and then spread the word on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
100% of the donations will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, Charity: Water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community that we helped. Together, Sabrina Carpenter and her fans can make a positive influence in this world.
