The love of our lives, Luca, turns 1 at the end of the month!!!!

In order to help us celebrate his life and the hope and blessings he gives us daily, we are inviting you, our friends and family, to donate to this effective organization, Charity:Water, in any amount you can contribute, instead of buying him a material gift. In times of increased uncertainty, hardship, and suffering, we are reminded that, tragically, this was already the norm for millions of people and children across the planet, even before the pandemic hit.

Luca's pure heart and soul has been a daily reminder of babies and children exactly like him, with so much innate love, kindness, and potential, and yet, unlike him, held back because of the dire and unjust situations they are born in.

As parents we pray for a more rational, just, equal, greener and brighter future for our son and all young world citizens out there and join the many in our small (but very effective) daily acts to try and make this a better planet for them.

A message from Charity Water:

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

Please donate to my campaign -- anything you can give is a huge help.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
