Clean drinking water for all people is no longer a problem, it is merely an expense! With a mere $20,000,000,000 (a whole lot LESS than the ridiculous corporate bail outs we've seen in the past couple of years) the 1,000,000,000 people on earth without access to clean drinking water could have access.
