I met Scott more than ten years ago on a hospital ship, and it's crazy to think ten years have flown by... I am very grateful for them all. Since my first campaign with recipes, then trying to master All of Me by Jon Schmidt from ThePianoGuys (who am I kidding, just trying to play it is hard enough!), this has been an amazing journey and your generosity and support continues to inspire me. Together and with others, we are helping supply clean water to over 150 people in Rwanda, and over 500 people in Mali. Let's not stop. Let's keep showing the world that every little counts. That hope is real, love can be tangible, and every person matters.

So... WordsforWater. Why words? For years when I walk my children home from school, we would make up stories, laughing like hyenas, and I treasure those moments dearly plus they are really great fun. My Christian faith also encourages me that words matter, that Word is life and light and life, and words can bring hope and healing. So this campaign, with every donation, we will express our thanks to you in words, and you can choose from the following, WalkingWords or WordsofLight. The former will be from seven year old and I, and we will write you a story on our way home if you supply us with at least three characters (e.g. Dog, cat, horse). The latter means that I will take time to pray for you, and pray for a word for you, or if you are of Christian faith too, a bible verse for you. I promise this seriously, and will not just flip pages and poke fingers among sentences! You may not hear from me immediately, but I promise to reply to you as soon as I can.

Every dollar you donate will go straight to the water projects, and every project is traced, they have been for years and hard work goes in to ensure for the years to come too.
