There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that.

Hey, folks. I'm turning 24 in December. If you know me, you know I don't usually make a big occasion of it. This year, I decided to do this instead.

It’s pretty hard to understate the value of clean water. But having a sustainable supply of water also has pretty crazy secondary impacts: disease rates fall, women and children go to school or earn more income, and their resilience to conflict and famine increases. If you’re all about efficiency, this is about as good as it gets.

So that’s my pitch: your donation goes really far. Better yet – it goes straight to the people that need it most. A group of private donors fund all of charity: water's operations, so everything you give goes *directly* to a water project. This quarter’s campaigns are Ethiopia-bound.
