In a little less than two weeks time, my Dad and I are going to be climbing one of the tallest mountains in the world
- Mount Kilimanjaro

That's nearly 20,000 ft of sweating, pushing, and giving everything we've got.

Sounds rough, right? Well imagine doing all of that without clean water.

Every week, millions of women and their children walk more than 14 miles just to get water for their families. Most of this water is contaminated, but it's the only water they have. They take the chance of catching diseases like bilharzia and schistosomiasis (parasites) - with every sip.

As many of you many know, I recently participated in a service trip to South Africa and one aspect of the trip allowed us the opportunity for hands on work with a child-headed household. It was an incredible experience for me, not only because of what THEY gained - a new house, but also because of what I gained - perspective. The number of things we all take for granted everyday is disturbing. So let's change that!

My mission is to raise $5,000 for water. I want every step we take to matter so we're asking for pledges. Per foot, Per mile. Any kind of donation will help achieve our goal. Broke? Don't worry about it. Talk to you friends. Talk to you enemies. Just talk. The more people involved, the better!

The way it will work is this:
100% of all the donations go directly to water projects.
