I live a life of privilege I have no idea what it's like to be truly thirsty. Most days I don't think about the fact I have plenty of water to drink, the blessing of a long hot shower, or that the water in my toilet is clean by many standards! My goal is to raise $1500, to bring 50 people the luxury of a good long drink of water.

Many people around the world don’t have this luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm hoping you all will help too!

Its just an opportunity to come together and create change please consider a donation of any amount to my Birthday Campaign -- anything you give is a huge help.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects charity: water will notify us via email of the progress and completion. They will not send you glossy flyers in the mail asking for more money (this bothers me to no end when organizations do this! This is part of why I picked this one!)
