On April 2 I will turn 28. And while the fact that I'm inching closer to 30 secretly freaks me out, I do get to look forward to having my 4th charity:water birthday campaign. And what better day to start than on World Water Day???

If you know me, you know the drill. If not, here's how it goes.

For every $20 that is donated, 1 person will get the one essential thing to life that we all take for granted...clean water. That's not bad for $20 is it? And through charity:water's amazing system, 100% of the proceeds go DIRECTLY towards funding clean water projects around the globe. Not a cent is put towards anything else. Because that would just be silly.

As I am turning 28, I'm asking that each of you donate $28 in return, instead of buying me gifts that I would no doubt love (because you all know me so well)...but would also just add to the clutter and be forgotten about years later. But giving someone the gift of water?!? Now that's something that will always be remembered AND will change a life! If you can't donate $28 give what you can! $1 is better than $0!!! If you can give more....PLEASE DO!!! :)

So far each year I have exceeded my goal due to the generosity and love of all of my friends and family (and a few strangers too)! Let's make this year a good one! Happy birthday to me!!!
