GFS knows how to build and operate infrastructure -- all around the world. But some of the most important infrastructure is the one that delivers water.

If you're like me, you don't spend too much time thinking about water -- it's everywhere we go. When we're thirsty, we flip a handle or push a button. When we're dirty, we twist a shower knob. When our garden needs watering, when our pasta needs to be boiled, when we use the bathroom -- water is just an arm’s length away.

10 years ago I got to see first-hand what a lack of water does - the most distressing was the babies with an infection called "scabies" that could have been easily prevented by regular washing. But water was such a precious commodity, they barely had enough to drink.

We can play a part in solving the water crisis by BUILDING A WELL.

100% of everything we raise will directly fund water a project. And when the project is finished, charity: water will send us proof in pictures and GPS coordinates, so we can see the actual people and communities we've impacted.
