This September, charity: water is trying to get clean water to 50,000 people without it. We're skydiving, eating peanut butter sandwiches, walking to work with Jerry Cans, and dancing on the subway to raise money for water projects.
As for me, I'll be doing something I've been practicing for many years--growing a beard. For every $30 raised, I'll grow my beard for another day ($30 gives one person clean water). And when it's finally time to shave, I'll let whoever donates the most pick a style I'll rock for a week (or more if I'm really into it). Nothing's off limits--handlebars, monkey tails, soul patches, mutton chops, or anything else you can think of.
Also, my lawyers require I tell you that 100% of what you donate funds water projects for people in need. Yeehaw!
