$40 means building wells that supply clean water for 1 individual for 10 years for those who don't have access to such a critical resource. I began donating in 2021 and now want to create my own campaign and share this as I'm confident I want to keep doing this for the foreseeable future. It would mean a lot to me if you help me reach $1000 before June 4, 2023

When I set out for this campaign, my original goal was $640 for June 4th, my birthday. However, upon reflection, I realized I set my goal intentionally low so I can absolve myself of embarrassment if I underperform and give myself a pat on the back for "reaching my goal," while knowing that I could've done better. So I changed it to $1000, thinking that I probably won't achieve this, but I can push myself to raise more for those in need, which was the whole point anyway...So I am beyond grateful to all of you who made my 30th birthday the most special one since I've been born.
