Many of us take clean water for granted but there are 748 million people on this planet who don’t have easy access to this luxury.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand Filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
EMC's Give Back campaign is focused on helping charity: water build these types of projects in Ethiopia and we're looking for anyone who can help.
As a part of the Federation Business Data Lake launch, EMC will donate $30 for each person that views the ‘Federation Business Data Lake: Standing Up Big Data Workloads’ demo in support of the EMC’s Give Back campaign. For every $30, charity: water will provide clean water to one person.
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact communities we helped.
