On September 9th we will celebrate 3 years of marriage. In our honour we'd like to request that you NOT send us any gifts or cards. Instead we'd LOVE it if you'd help us, help the people of Rwanda to get clean water. Watch this video and browse the site to learn more about this cause the this charity.

What I love about it is how 100% of all donated money from individuals goes to fund the actual projects. All admin and costs are covered by corporate sponsorship. So you know exactly where your dollars are going. To help real people.

We take water for granted in our lives. We use it daily for washing, drinking, and cooking. But over a billion people on the planet have no access to clean water. They walk hours daily and carry heavy buckets, only to get a small amount of putrid, filthy water that they have to give to their babies. They have to make a choice daily of whether to wash their kids school clothes, cook, or bathe.

I challenge you to take what you'd spend on eating out in a week, or what you'd spend on fancy coffees in a month - and donate that to charity:water so they can make a difference. We don't expect gifts for our anniversary - but would really appreciate your help with this. For the children!
