Very soon I will turn 25,it's a bit scary considering I will be a quarter of a century old....but perhaps something even more frightening is the fact that millions, LITERALLY MILLIONS! walk long distances everyday through rugged/dangerous terrains only to collect filthy,unhealthy drinking water for the sake of thier families' survival (if they survive drinking what's collected that is.) Many of those people can't go to work, school because they spend a great deal of thier day filling up thier containers with unsafe water from ponds, puddles on the ground, muddy rivers.

All my life I have never gone a day without access to clean, drinking water,(it's something that I,sadly, have taken for granted) I know that I can walk a few feet, turn on the faucet, fill up a cup & drink something that won't make me or my family sick, or endanger our lives. So many poverty-borne issues can end if the water/sanitation issue is solved. Parents can stay alive, go to work to support & raise thier kids. Children wouldn't have to miss school because they had to walk hours to collect drinking water that later on will only make them sick with diarrhea, dehydration, severe malnutrition & parasites.

underground. Drilling/digging a well is a major solution to something that kills people everyday, regardless of age, sex, ethnicity.
It's a basic need, a human right!!!
