I know we're all busy with the holidays, and my birthday is just around the corner. If you have a minute, would you please consider making a contribution (*any* is appreciated!) to a cause that I believe is absolutely worthwhile.

On these cold, rainy days, I take warm showers. Chances are, if I live in America or in the developed world, I have this luxury available. Clean water, on demand, from the tap. This simple thing is completely unattainable for so many people in the world, people that fight tooth and nail just to get drinkable water.

Charity Water is doing something to help folks that NEED it. This is my opportunity to contribute in some small way. I'm asking friends, family, and colleagues to consider donating, in place of any gift for me. My birthday, January 4th, is next week, and there's a limited window for collecting (before they send the funds to the folks that do the digging and building!).
