They say a drop of water is worth more than a sack of gold to a thirsty man (woman and child)...
The average middle class person uses approximately 150 gallons of water per day; An average person in a developing nation will struggle to FIND 5. Kids from these developing countries walk for miles on end in search of water. When they do find it, it's hardly ever clean.
4100 Children die each day from water-related diseases.
By reaching the goal of USD3500, a total of 175 people will benefit from this project.
