Hi everyone,

I'm Aryan Shah, and this is my campaign to raise funds for people without access to clean water.

It has always intrigued me about how we seem to have an unlimited source of water, flowing through our kitchen taps, fridges, and showers. I question; how is it that on this end of the spectrum, the water never seems to run out, but on the other end, there are people who have to walk several miles just to obtain some clean water.

This end of the spectrum contains about a billion people. Let that sink in. One-seventh of the world's population has to walk an average of 3.5 miles to get drinkable water.

I believe that it is our job to do anything that we can to help these people, as water is something that everyone in the world deserves, no matter where they live.

In order to put me in the shoes of the people who have to walk for their water, I will run 100 miles over the next 20 days, starting Monday, May 25, 2020. I will be updating my progress on this page after every run, so be on the lookout for that.
