I've lived a great life, and I've been blessed with the most loving family & the greatest friends any guy could ever hope for. And on December 27th, 2012, I turn 32.
But the reality of the world we live in is that millions of our people will never live to see their 32nd birthday. In fact, they might not live past their 4th... Why? Because they don't have access to clean, safe water.
This campaign is obviously small compared to the real needs of our brothers and sisters around the world, but if each one of my friends & yours donated something as simple as their birthdays to this cause, we could raise enough money to improve life for tens of thousands of people.
Its a good start.
My goal is to raise $1,032 by December 27th, but I'll be just as happy to raise this before the end of the campaign. More importantly, raising awareness is priceless- so even if you can't donate (we've all been broke off our ### at some point or the other,) at least get involved by donating your birthday when the time comes :)
