The month of Ramadan helps us reflect on the blessings that we have been given. Water is one of those blessings. It is also one of the items we purposefully refrain from during the daylight hours of sunrise to sunset. Fasting teaches us to appreciate the gifts we have been given and increase our desire to share with those who are less fortunate.

Many of us have never had to experience walking hours to the nearest river to collect water for our families. Many of us have no idea what it is like to be truly thirsty. Fasting gives us a glimpse into the lives of millions who experience this thirst and hardship on a daily basis.

Every day, 5,000 children die from water-related illnesses before they reach their fifth birthday. There are simple solutions to help prevent these deaths and bring water to communities who do not currently have access.

We need your help.

We have started this fundraising campaign to help charity:water continue to build wells, educate, and bring water to communities around the world.

Please donate to this campaign - any amount that you can give will go towards helping a person and community in need.

Chartity:water ensures that 100% of the money doanted will be used to build clean water projects. They will keep us up to date in terms of project completion and will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
