Water is just an arm’s length away in our lives. We don't have to decide between a shower, cleaning the dishes, and glass of water.

But, in many developing countries, women and children walk for hours, up and down mountains, just to collect water that can make them really sick.

In the effort to bring clean water to a minimum of 15 people, we're gathering recycling instead of giving it to my university. Although it will be incremental progress, the proceeds made from donating glass and plastic bottles and aluminum cans will be allocated toward this, instead of our pockets or the school's.

100% of everything we raise will directly fund water projects. And when those projects are finished, charity: water will send us proof in pictures and GPS coordinates, so we can see the actual people and communities we impacted.
