After spending only 10 short days in Malawi, Africa I (Molly) was able to see some of the ways women and children gather water. Waking up before the sun, walking miles and miles, barefoot-- only to fetch unclean water.
Upon my arrival home to the states, Meghan heard Scott's story from Charity:Water. I had no doubt we had to take action. For our birthday, lets raise awareness and funds for CLEAN DRINKING WATER!
Help us see our wishes come true to free people from miles and miles of walking to dangerous drinking holes. Grant our wish to raise $5,000 to allow women in third world countries to spend less time fetching water and more time gaining a valuable education.
