It's simple, alleviating poverty begins with clean water. Over 884 Million people do not have access to clean water for drinking, cooking or bathing, which leads to opportunistic diseases, malnutrition and diminished quality of life.
Over 4,000 children die every day due illnesses related to sanitation and water-related illnesses.
We are proud to support charity: water's mission to provide clean waters to those who need it most.
Kick Poverty is a fund raising network that unites soccer players and enthusiasts to help achieve the Millennium Development Goals, one touch at a time.
Baically, we record ourselves juggling a soccer ball and upload the video to KickPoverty.com. We then invite friends and family to sponsor each touch on the ball; those funds are then donated directly to charity: water.
