There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!

My 46th birthday is on Nov 8, and I'm celebrating it exactly the same as last year — by giving it away to charity. Big news though - this year, all donations are doubled by Keurig!

I want to help this super cool charity that gives 100% of its donations away to help people get clean water. Really, 100%, and I'd love your help.

I had a chance to see charity:water's CEO Scott Harrison speak last year and blogged about him. (http://a2.lc/1uwvSO4). He wrote me a note and donated to my birthday campaign last year (I raised $2,545!). What a great guy.

Some things that attracted me to Charity: Water:

• 100% of donations go to fund water projects (they raise money separately to fund admin). Cool, right?!?

• 800 million don't have access to clean water. Horrible.

• Charity:Water shows you exactly the project you helped with - photos, tweets, GPS and more. Amazing. I've been getting updates on last year's India project.

• Scott wants to solve the water crisis in our lifetime, and I think he'll do it. Already, they've helped 3.3 million people so far... so 796 million is a long way to go but possible.

So, I am asking you to donate $46 or $460 (or more/or less) in honor of my 46th. My goal of $4600 by December 8 would give more than 100 people clean water.
