Water….very simple word and vitally important resource….
Water is always around us – in our office, at home, in shops and supermarkets. It is always near when we need it...
BUT it is not true for all people around our planet.

Supporting the Global initiative Water Week for the second year, EMC Russia COE will provide an excursion for the children of primary school age in the Museum of Water on 25th of May!
We would like to show kids how it was tough to leave without water during the War.

On-site near the water tower will be deployed historical installations that will help students learn how to blockade defended the house and technical objects (for example, the Main water supply station), why was the disguise, as the gardens grew vegetables. The kids will get the opportunity to see how the war looked checkpoint which permits were issued for driving in the city and businesses.

Installation "Repairs" will give an idea about how during the siege in Leningrad (St.Petersburg nowadays), worked as water and sewer rehabilitation battalion, and as work in any weather, would eliminate the pipe ruptures caused by the bombardments.

So even nowadays lots of children don't have the luxury of using clean water.
