After being in Guatemala, the blessing of the abundance of water that we have, is something that I no longer take for granted. I remember feeling the sweltering heat, seeing a young child cry when the water bucket was empty during VBS and feeling the constant tug on my leg from a young boy saying "¿Puedo tener un poco de su agua?" Can I have a drink of your water? It breaks my heart to see their faces, hot and sweaty, yet they had nothing to drink.
Water such a simple thing....we need water for our bodies as much as we need "The Living Water" for our souls.
