Everyday we wake up and hear news of our struggling economy and how bad things have been and may continue to be. We have heard positive news on the job front, but then gas prices skyrocket for a short period to throw more wrenches in our recovery. How bad do we have it? No matter how bad our situation may be, or the situation of those around us may be, we can go only feet away or maybe a little further and get access to clean water.

WHAT IF?

You did not have access to clean water, and had to travel up to 3 hours a day to get bacteria filled water. There are over 1 Billion people that do not have access to one of our basic needs, clean water. Without access to clean water they are likely to be exposed to disease and even death.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Erin, Aidan and I are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our next family member (MAY 5th) and we know that we are blessed to know that he will have access to clean water. To celebrate his arrival we have decided to take on this challenge to raise $7500 to make it possible for 375 people to have access to clean water.
