On October 19, I'm turning 25! And this year I want to do something totally different.

As some of you may know, I lived half my life in New Zealand. It's an amazing place to be and nowhere else feels more like home to me than NZ! I'm so grateful to be living in this country that allows me to enjoy life surrounded by nature and clean water supply.

There are many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world. This fundraising campaign is aimed to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm hoping that you can help me.

This year, as I turn 25, I DO NOT WANT PRESENTS!
Instead I would appreciate any donation to this campaign -- anything you can give is a huge help.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

I pray that this campaign would successfully help the villages out there that are in need of clean water.
