Christmas is approaching fast, with many rushing through the streets and into the stores, trying to find something that they can put under the Christmas tree. But instead of buying material gifts this time, how about helping me bring clean water to a whole village in Africa?

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty - really thirty. We have plenty of water to drink, especially clean water. But others are as fortunate, which you can see in the campaign photo, a comparison between dirty and clean water. You see that glass with the dirty water to the left?
Yepp, That's what 663 million people have no choice but to drink and try to survive on.

Me and basically everybody I know could never imagine drinking the glass on the left. With the luxury we have of having clean water wherever we go.

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. They need to walk for hours back and forth just to get water, and it's far from clean. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

The lowest amount to sponsor a water project is at 10000 USD. Tough target to reach, but I know we can reach it if everyone is willing to lend a hand to people who desperately need it. So please donate to my campaign -- anything you can give is a huge help.
