We'd like to help 100 people get access to clean water!
This winter we've been raising money for charity: water. We raised enough money for 41 women in Mali to get clean water. We'd like to get 100 people access to clean water before this campaign ends.
All we're asking for is $30 from you for this worthy cause. Here are some things that this can buy: a weeks' worth of Starbucks caffe mochas, a round of drinks with friends, 3 movie tickets, 2 pizzas, a manicure+pedicure.
Alternatively...it can buy ACCESS TO CLEAN WATER FOR ONE PERSON FOR LIFE.
charity: water is an incredible non-profit that follows a 100% donation model where every penny goes to a clean water project overseas. When the projects are complete, they prove them with GPS coordinates, photos and information about the impacted communities.
In the past 8 years, charity: water has gotten clean water to 4.6 million people in in 22 developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, with 22 implementing partners to build sustainable water projects in the field.
