Tomorrow would be Joey's 27th birthday and there is no way around the huge hole we all still have in our hearts. We love him, we miss him terribly and we think about him constantly.
We are also honoring him by working with Charity:Water to build a well in his name.
On April 4th I gave up my birthday to memorialize my brother by building a well that will give clean and safe drinking water to a few of the billion people living without it. My friends and family raised over $3,000 in honor of Joey, leaving his friends with only $1803 left to raise on his birthday- tomorrow.

Our son, Nate, enjoyed many a refreshing drink with Joe, but they shared so much more during their time at UNLV. As parents, after meeting Joe, we knew Nate had a great friend and lots of good support through Joe. We know that many family and friends are missing Joe and his love, support and wisdom. It is with joy that we can honor Joe's caring heart by helping others through this donation.
