Concerts for Fresh Water around the world!

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world. Who wants to help and have a Concert In Your Living Room?

Here's how it works: for any block of $500 donations to this campaign I'll present a full recital of classical guitar music in the living room of donor. A 'block' can be donated by one person, two people, or a team of people who share concern for fresh water for everyone around the world. Once you have made a donation (or block of donations), or formed a team to donate, contact me through this campaign or on the CILYR Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CIYLR. We'll arrange the concert and you can invite your friends, family, and business associates to enjoy the great music of the classical guitar, played by a former pro.

Please donate to CIYLR For Water -- sponsor a concert yourself, or organize a concert with a group. Every $500 block will get a CIYLR fo your and your guests! Your donation is fully deductible on your federal income tax. It's a win for you and those who desperately need fresh clean water.

This campaign has a modest goal to raise $1000 by September 30. That's just two CIYLR's for Water, but we plan to continue the campaign to keep funding fresh water projects around the world.

CIYLR is a featured fund-raiser for charity:water through the Concerts In Your Conference Room presented during May of 2015 at EMC Corporation.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
