Leo and I have talked about how many toys he has that he doesn't play with, and how other kids do not have toys, or even water to drink. He loves water so much and couldn't believe that they drink dirty water and it makes them sick. So Paul approached him with this idea for his 4th birthday and he seems to understand it...and wants to help other kids. His heart is bigger than his little body! Now please understand that Leo will receive gifts from his grandparents and Paul and I...even Claire, but we would really appreciate any contribution you can make to this charity. Too often we think of birthdays as a time to spoil children who are already so blessed to begin with---and that is one reason why we always throw a big party. We want the memories to be more important that the opening gifts aspect of it all.
